- Decide on a trial order: we recommend a month's worth of your choice of bags and frequency to properly appreciate and assess how they change from week to week. Some people alternate
bags to see which they prefer. Decide whether you would like fruit and eggs.
- Submit your trial order using the order form.
Please fill out as much information as you can, so we can best assess when we
can accommodate your request, and then post the form in with your cheque.
- We'll contact you by phone, email, or letter to let you know
about availability. We aim to contact you soon after receiving your
request. We will offer you a start date and schedule as soon as possible and ask
for confirmation. If the dates offered aren't right for you, we can adjust the
collection schedule to fit your schedule.

- Any queries or problems, e-mail or ring us; if the call-minder answers for us, please do leave a clear message, especially your name and number, we'll call back as soon as we're able.
- As soon as you're happy with your order quantities and
frequency please contact us to agree
on a method of regular payment-in-advance and to receive membership
information. In any case we'll aim to contact you about three weeks after your first trial
collection to work with you to set up a regular order.
